summertime

It's that time of year, when I head to the Southern Hemisphere. Across the Pacific nonstop from San Francisco to Melbourne tonight on a 15-1/2 hour flight. I'm even staying in the same guesthouse I stayed in 18 years ago.

It's not so far from Oceania to the Antarctic. Though my ultimate destination is the heart-shaped island of Tasmania.
